PLAYER SUPPORT

Let's get you moving.

Help with your account, game login, payment email or a credit load.

How do I create an account?

Choose your own username and password on Create Account. Your profile is saved, then the browser worker checks the game username and creates the game account. My Account shows when it is ready.

What if my username is already taken?

Use the name-change form on the setup or account screen. Your website account remains saved. If the existing game account belongs to you, contact support to recover it.

Which email should I use when paying?

Open Add Credits and confirm the exact email on your Rocket Ramp payment account. Payments from a different or unconfirmed email will not be loaded. Do not assume that signing in to the website confirms a payment email.

I paid, but my credits have not appeared.

Check My Payment History. Payment receipt and game-credit loading are separate steps. Send support your game username, payment email, amount and transaction reference. Do not send another payment while the first is being reviewed.

Where is my older payment history?

Payment history before October 28, 2026 is not included in the player history view. Existing underlying records are retained. Contact customer service if an earlier payment needs review.

Which password do I use in the game?

For a newly created game account, use the password you chose during signup. Open My Account for your exact game username. Never share your password or a verification code in support chat.

How do eligible redemptions work?

Read the redemption guide and operator policy. Follow the current Rocket Ramp prompts inside Orion Stars. A game-to-wallet transfer and a later wallet withdrawal are separate steps; a pending request is not proof of completion.

Where can I check eligibility and location restrictions?

Read Eligibility & Jurisdictions before participating and complete the checks shown by the game-access flow. Access to an account or a wallet does not itself establish eligibility.
