Basic eligibility

• You must provide accurate account and age information.
• You may maintain only one player account unless expressly approved.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where the activity you are attempting is permitted.
• You must not use a VPN, proxy, remote desktop, location-spoofing tool or false address to bypass restrictions.

Restricted locations

OrionStars.com does not permit prize-bearing play while a player is physically located in Florida. Other locations may be restricted when applicable law, regulatory developments, payment-provider requirements or platform rules require it. Promotional play and prize redemption are void where prohibited.

Catalog browsing and general informational pages may remain available even when a purchase, prize-bearing play or redemption feature is unavailable.

Verification

We may request evidence of identity, date of birth, payment ownership, address or physical location before processing a purchase, allowing certain promotional activity, or completing a prize redemption. Failure or refusal to complete required verification may result in the affected activity being delayed or denied.

The fact that RCM Entertainment Ltd. is incorporated in the British Virgin Islands, or that website infrastructure may be located outside the United States, does not expand player eligibility or override laws applicable where a player is located.
