Terms of Use

1. Operator and acceptance

OrionStars.com is operated by RCM Entertainment Ltd., BVI Company No. 2137457. By creating an account, accessing player services, purchasing play credits, using promotional features, playing through a connected game platform, or requesting prize redemption, you agree to these Terms and the linked policies that apply to the activity.

If you do not agree, do not use the affected service.

2. Adults only and jurisdiction

You must be at least 21 years old. Services, promotional play, purchases and prize redemption are available only where permitted by applicable law. OrionStars.com does not permit access to prize-bearing play while a player is physically located in Florida. Additional restrictions may be applied when required by law, payment-provider rules, risk controls or platform requirements.

Do not use a VPN, proxy, false address or other method to disguise your physical location or identity.

3. Accounts

• One player account per person unless OrionStars.com expressly approves otherwise.
• Provide accurate name, date of birth, email, phone number and other requested information.
• Keep credentials secure and do not share, sell or transfer an account.
• We may request additional identity, age, payment-ownership or location verification before allowing certain actions or processing a redemption.

4. Free Daily Play

Eligible players may receive complimentary play credits through the Daily Free Play Wheel. No purchase is required to claim the Daily Wheel. The wheel result determines the number of complimentary credits awarded, which are automatically added to the player account. See the Free Daily Play Rules.

5. Optional play-credit purchases

Eligible players may optionally purchase digital play credits. Play credits are used for gameplay and are not a bank deposit, checking account, savings account, investment product, or guaranteed cash equivalent. A purchase does not guarantee a particular game result, prize or redemption amount. Prices and any additional promotional credits are shown before payment.

6. Gameplay and prizes

Game outcomes are determined by the applicable game/platform mechanics. Gameplay outcomes are not guaranteed. Where permitted, balances resulting from gameplay may be eligible to be submitted for prize redemption subject to the Prize Redemption Policy.

Individual games may have additional rules displayed within the game platform. Those rules form part of the applicable gameplay terms.

7. Third-party game platforms

OrionStars.com may provide access, account assistance or credit-loading support for third-party gaming platforms. Third-party names, logos and game content remain subject to their respective ownership and platform rules. OrionStars.com does not represent that every platform displayed in the catalog is connected for account creation, credit loading or prize redemption at all times.

8. Technical errors and malfunctions

If a material technical error, interrupted transaction, duplicate credit, incorrect display, software malfunction, communication failure or obvious game error occurs, OrionStars.com may investigate and correct the affected account or transaction to the extent reasonably necessary and permitted by law. Server/platform records may be used to resolve discrepancies.

9. Prohibited conduct

• Fraud, identity manipulation, payment fraud or chargeback abuse.
• Multiple accounts used to obtain duplicate promotions or Daily Wheel claims.
• Automation, bots, scripts or technical manipulation of promotions or gameplay.
• Location spoofing or attempts to bypass an eligibility control.
• Harassment, abuse or attempted unauthorized access to systems or other accounts.

10. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms prospectively as services, law or operating requirements change. The current version will be posted here with an effective date. Mandatory consumer rights that apply to you are not waived merely because RCM Entertainment Ltd. is incorporated in the British Virgin Islands.
