Prize Redemption Policy

Eligible prize balances

Where permitted, an eligible player may submit a qualifying balance resulting from gameplay for prize redemption. Approved redemptions may be paid in cash or another disclosed payment method available to that player.

Verification before payment

Before completing a redemption, OrionStars.com may verify identity, age, account ownership, physical location, payment history, source of funds, transaction consistency, duplicate-account signals and other information reasonably necessary to evaluate eligibility and prevent fraud.

Processing

• Submit a redemption request through the available account/support process.
• Provide requested verification information promptly.
• Processing time can vary based on verification, payment method, platform records and transaction review.
• Do not pay a fee to OrionStars.com merely to "release" an otherwise approved prize. A third-party payment service may separately disclose its own transfer fee.

OrionStars.com may pause or reject a redemption when eligibility cannot be confirmed, when a transaction is under legitimate fraud/chargeback review, when technical records show an error, or when payment would be unlawful.

Disputes

If you believe a balance or redemption decision is incorrect, contact info@slots.zone or Support with your player ID, the amount at issue, approximate date/time and relevant screenshots. Do not send passwords or complete payment-card numbers.
