Credit Purchase Policy

Purchases are optional

Eligible players may purchase digital play credits for gameplay. Free Daily Play is available separately through the Daily Wheel and does not require a purchase.

Purchasing play credits does not guarantee a winning game result, prize or redemption amount.

Price and promotional credits

The checkout screen shows the amount selected and any promotional play credits offered with that purchase. Current promotional percentages may include additional credits at stated purchase levels. Promotional terms can change prospectively and may be limited, suspended or replaced.

Payment ownership and delivery

Use only a payment method you are authorized to use. We may request payer-name or transaction evidence to match a payment to the correct player account. A purchase is complete only after funds are received and the corresponding play credits are delivered or confirmed.

Refunds and payment problems

Digital play-credit transactions are reviewed individually. Contact Support promptly if you were charged twice, paid an incorrect recipient, did not receive credits, believe a payment was unauthorized, or experience another payment error. Refund rights required by applicable law remain unaffected.

Abusive or fraudulent chargebacks may result in account review or suspension, but a good-faith billing dispute will not by itself be treated as misconduct.
