PLAY FOR ENTERTAINMENT

Responsible Play

Tools and practical steps to keep gameplay recreational and to get help when play is no longer enjoyable or affordable.

Play as entertainment

Gameplay should be recreational. Do not treat game outcomes as income, an investment or a way to recover financial losses.

Choose a spending limit before you play.
Set a time limit and take regular breaks.
Do not chase losses or increase spending because of a prior result.
Do not play with money needed for housing, food, bills, debt payments or other essentials.
Do not play while impaired or under pressure from another person.

Need a break?

Contact Support or info@slots.zone and ask for an account pause or closure. Include the email address associated with your account, but never send your password.

Independent help

If play is causing financial, emotional or relationship problems, independent help is available. The National Council on Problem Gambling operates the National Problem Gambling Helpline. Call or text 1-800-MY-RESET or visit the NCPG website for support resources.
